The final 'expected' delivery timeline is the shipping timeline we offer at checkout—usually, it is 10 business days.

Our processing time is 10-15 business days, but during sales and holidays periods it may increase slightly.

Tracking

I ship all orders with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email once it is available.

Please Note:

• Occasionally, I offer a "Skip The Line" option. By using this option, I move your, family or pet photo to the front of the queue, which speeds up the creation of your portrait. It is important to note that "Skip The Line" does not affect the courier's delivery time.
• If your order requires a new photo, this will naturally lengthen the creation time.
• To avoid a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) use express shipping options.
