I have been drawing illustrations for more than 10 years. The idea to write book came by chance. I am a mom of 3 girls of different ages. Since they were little they loved reading and listening to stories. In the beginning I created characters with pastels, which we then hung in the children's room and then we started telling fairy tale stories about them. That's how the story of Arn and his forest friends was born. When I was telling it to my two daughters Sophie and Anna they added a little something to the whole story. I drew more illustrations and we started reading it.

By this time Anna had grown up, Sophie had learned to read on her own.  Baby Maria was born, and started looking at the pictures with curiosity. When I finished the book about the forest friends, I drew new African Animal characters. So the stories have no end and we will be telling them for a long time...
